How many beds and what kind of beds does the family deluxe room has ? We are a group of 4

Our Deluxe Family room Dimora is up to 4 people stay, usually we prepare with 1 double bed + 2 single beds

Is there a laundry facility in the building or close-by?

Same day laundry service available from Monday to Friday and not during weekend or holidays. There is a self service laundry 5 minutes away from here where for a load of wash and a load of dry you pay around 10 euro total.

Is there an elevator?

I would like to remind you that Residenza and Hotel Alessandra are placed in building dated 1400 or 1507 where there are always 32 steps after the entrance on the street level. If stairs are a problem may be hotel alessandra is not the ideal option.

Perfect location in Florence. Price is right. Breakfast is great. Short walk to everything.
Such a marvelous place to stay. Perfect location just off the main avenue leading from the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo. Welcoming staff, particularly Andrea the boss (and his mother). Great breakfast (especially the savory pie!!!) Have been to Florence many times. This is the place to stay. Room #30 is very quiet.
Not a single thing.
